OnCallHR.org delivers Human Resources Consultation Services from a Real, Live, Experienced HR Professional.  The large majority of online HR services involve engagements with inexperienced and/or outsourced agents (call centers).  We are not a call center.  Each and Every interaction will be directly with Travis, who has over 12 years of corporate Human Resources experience.   Most HR Consulting services are only for businesses and put priority on the employer’s best interests, but Travis can also assist at an hourly rate if you as an individual employee need advice in your best interest including negotiating an offer, negotiating exit terms, career development, advice on engaging with internal corporate HR and line management, etc.

    Next, we’ll develop a plan to address and overcome the HR challenge with an approach of fairness and risk mitigation.

  • Refining

    The last step for plan members will involve how to continually refine what we’ve learned and develop a plan to improve the process, employee experience and overall business culture moving forward.
